Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Avaa Airalo-sovellus.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Miten eSIM asennetaan iOS-laitteeseen manuaalisesti?
- Avaa Asetukset
- Valitse Mobiilidata
- Valitse Lisää eSIM (tai Lisää mobiilidatasopimus)
- Valitse Käytä QR-koodia ja valitse sitten Syötä tiedot manuaalisesti
- Syötä SM-DP+ -osoite, aktivointikoodi ja vahvistuskoodi (jos olet saanut sen)
- Valitse Seuraava ja valitse sitten Jatka kahdesti
- Odota muutama minuutti, että eSIM aktivoituu, ja valitse sitten Valmis
- Valitse eSIMillesi nimi (esim. "Airalo")
- Oletuslinjasivuilla:
- Valitse ensisijainen linja puheluille ja tekstiviesteille
- Valitse ensisijainen linja iMessagelle ja FaceTimelle
- Valitse Airalo-eSIM mobiilidatalle
- Varmista, että Salli mobiilidatan vaihto on kytketty pois päältä

Verkkoon yhdistäminen
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.
- Valitse eSIMin verkko (katso "Verkko"). Voi kestää hetki, ennen kuin se tulee näkyviin.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
