Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Airalo 앱을 엽니다.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
iOS에 eSIM을 수동으로 설치하는 방법?
- 설정을 엽니다
- 셀룰러(또는 모바일 데이터)를 선택합니다
- eSIM 추가(또는 셀룰러/모바일 데이터 요금제 추가)를 선택합니다
- QR 코드 사용을 선택하고, '수동으로 세부 정보 입력'을 선택합니다
- SM-DP+ 주소, 활성화 코드 및 확인 코드(제공된 경우)를 입력합니다
- 다음을 선택하고, '계속'을 두 번 선택합니다
- eSIM이 활성화될 때까지 몇 분 정도 기다린 후 완료를 선택합니다
- eSIM에 대한 레이블(예: "Airalo")을 선택합니다
- 기본 회선 페이지:
- 통화 및 SMS용 기본 회선을 선택합니다
- iMessage 및 FaceTime용 기본 회선을 선택합니다
- 셀룰러/모바일 데이터용 Airalo eSIM을 선택합니다
- 셀룰러 데이터 전환 허용이 끄기로 설정되어 있는지 확인합니다
*eSIM이 데이터 외에도 통화와 문자 메시지를 지원하는 경우, 통화와 SMS용으로 선택할 수 있습니다.
네트워크 연결 방법
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.
- eSIM의 네트워크를 선택합니다("네트워크" 참조). 네트워크가 나타날 때까지 다소 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
