Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Otvorite Airalo aplikaciju.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Kako ručno instalirati eSIM karticu na iOS uređaj?
- Otvorite Postavke
- Izaberite Mobilni podaci (Cellular ili Mobile Data)
- Izaberite Dodaj eSIM karticu (ili Dodaj podatkovni plan (Cellular/Mobile Data Plan))
- Izaberite Koristi QR kôd, zatim izaberite Ručno unesi detalje
- Unesite SM-DP+ adresu, kôd za aktivaciju i kôd za potvrdu (ako je ponuđen)
- Izaberite Dalje, zatim dva puta izaberite Nastavi
- Sačekajte nekoliko minuta da se vaša eSIM kartica aktivira, a zatim izaberite Gotovo
- Izaberite oznaku za svoju eSIM karticu (npr. "Airalo")

Kako se povezati na mrežu
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.
- Izaberite mrežu eSIM kartice (pogledajte “Mreža”) — može potrajati nekoliko trenutaka da se pojavi.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
