- Har en stabil internetforbindelse (helst wi-fi)
Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Åbn Airalo-appen.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To use the QR code, select View other options and scan the QR code from another device. You can also share the QR code.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Sådan installerer du et eSIM via en QR-kode på iOS
- Gå til Indstillinger på din enhed
- Tryk på Mobildata
- Tryk på Tilføj eSIM (eller Tilføj mobil-/mobildataabonnement)
- Tryk på Brug QR-kode
- Scan eller vælg den gemte QR-kode fra dine Fotos
- Tryk på Fortsæt to gange
- Vent et par minutter, indtil dit eSIM er aktiveret, og tryk derefter på Færdig
- Vælg en etiket til dit eSIM (f.eks. "Airalo")
- På siderne Standardforbindelse:
- Vælg din primære forbindelse til opkald og SMS
- Vælg din Primære forbindelse til iMessage og FaceTime
- Vælg dit eSim fra Airalo til mobildata
- Sørg for, at Tillad Mobil dataskift er slået FRA
*Hvis dit eSIM understøtter opkald og sms'er ud over data, kan du vælge det til opkald og sms'er.
Sådan opretter du forbindelse til mobildata
- Åbn Indstillinger > Mobildata (eller Indstillinger > Mobildata)
- Tryk på dit eSIM-abonnement
- Slå Tænd for denne forbindelse til, hvis den ikke er aktiveret
- Aktiver Dataroaming ON (hvis nødvendigt — se vejledningen til dit eSIM i Airalo-appen)
- Gå til Mobil/mobildata og vælg dit Airalo eSIM som dataforbindelse
- Dit eSIM bør automatisk oprette forbindelse til et understøttet mobilnetværk
