Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Åbn Airalo-appen.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Hvordan installerer man et eSIM manuelt på iOS?
- Åbn Indstillinger
- Vælg Mobil (eller mobildata)
- Vælg Tilføj eSIM (eller Tilføj mobil-/mobildataabonnement)
- Vælg Brug QR-kode, og vælg derefter Indtast oplysninger manuelt
- Indtast SM-DP+ adresse, aktiveringskode og bekræftelseskode (hvis angivet)
- Vælg Næste, derefter Vælg Fortsæt to gange
- Vent et par minutter, indtil dit eSIM er aktiveret, og vælg derefter Færdig
- Vælg en etiket til dit eSIM (f.eks. "Airalo")
- På siderne Standardforbindelse:
- Vælg din primære forbindelse til opkald og SMS
- Vælg din primære forbindelse til iMessage og FaceTime
- Vælg dit eSIM fra Airalo til mobildata
- Sørg for, at Tillad Mobil dataskift er slået FRA
*Hvis dit eSIM understøtter opkald og sms'er ud over data, kan du vælge det til opkald og sms'er.
Sådan tilslutter du til et netværk
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.
- Vælg eSIM'ets netværk (se "Netværk") - det kan tage et øjeblik, før det vises.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
