- Har en stabil internetforbindelse (helst wi-fi)

- Log ind på din Airalo-konto
- Gå til Mine eSIMs
- Vælg det eSIM, du vil installere
- Select Install or share
- Select Start installation
You can also select View details for your eSIM to access the installation instructions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Sådan installerer du et eSIM direkte på iOS
- Select Start installation > Continue until the activation starts — allow the eSIM to activate, if asked.
- Vent, mens eSIM aktiveres (afslut ikke processen - det kan tage et par minutter).
- Select Done, when prompted — next, you’ll set up your eSIM.
*Hvis dit eSIM understøtter opkald og sms'er ud over data, kan du vælge det til opkald og sms'er.
Når du har gennemført disse trin, vil du se en bekræftelse på, at dit eSIM er installeret.
Sådan tilslutter du til et netværk
- Gå til Indstillinger > Mobil, og vælg dit nye eSIM.
- Aktiver Slå denne forbindelse til.
- Gå til Indstillinger > Mobil > Mobildata > og vælg dit nye eSIM, hvis det ikke er valgt.
- Deaktiver Tillad at skifte brug af mobildata.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Gå til Indstillinger > Mobil, og vælg dit nye eSIM.
- Vælg Netværksvalg, og slå Automatisk fra.
- Vælg eSIM'ets netværk (se "Netværk") - det kan tage et øjeblik, før det vises.
- Gå til Indstillinger > Mobil, og vælg dit nye eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Slå flytilstand til og fra.
