Stelle vor der Installation sicher, dass dein Gerät:
- unterstützt eSIMs (siehe Welche Geräte unterstützen eSIM? oder Wie kann ich überprüfen, ob mein iOS-Gerät eSIM unterstützt?).
- vom Netzbetreiber freigeschaltet ist
- eine stabile Internetverbindung hat (vorzugsweise WLAN)
Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Öffne die Airalo App.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Wie kann ich eine eSIM manuell in iOS installieren?
- Öffne die Einstellungen
- Wähle Mobilfunk (oder Mobile Daten)
- Wähle eSIM hinzufügen (oder Mobilfunk-/Mobilfunkdatentarif hinzufügen)
- Wähle QR-Code verwenden und dann „Details manuell eingeben“
- Gib die SM-DP+ Adresse, den Aktivierungscode und den Bestätigungscode ein (falls vorhanden)
- Wähle Weiter und wähle dann zweimal Fortfahren
- Warte ein paar Minuten, bis deine eSIM aktiviert ist und wähle dann Fertig
- Wähle eine Bezeichnung für deine eSIM (z. B. „Airalo“)
- Auf der Seite „Standardleitungen“:
- Wähle deine Hauptleitung für Anrufe und SMS
- Wähle deine Hauptleitung für iMessage & FaceTime
- Wähle deine Airalo-eSIM für Mobilfunk
- Achte darauf, dass mobile Datenumschaltung auf AUS gestellt ist
*Falls deine eSIM neben Daten auch Anrufe und SMS unterstützt, kannst du sie für Anrufe und SMS auswählen.
So verbindest du dich mit einem Netzwerk
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.
- Wähle das Netzwerk der eSIM (siehe "Netzwerk") – es kann einen Moment dauern, bis es erscheint.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
