Stelle vor der Installation sicher, dass dein Gerät:

- vom Netzbetreiber freigeschaltet ist
- eine stabile Internetverbindung hat (vorzugsweise WLAN)
Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Öffne die Airalo App.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To use the QR code, select View other options and scan the QR code from another device. You can also share the QR code.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
So installierst du eine eSIM per QR-Code auf iOS
- Öffne die Einstellungen auf deinem Gerät
- Tippe auf Mobilfunk (oder Mobile Daten)
- Tippe auf eSIM hinzufügen (oder Mobilfunk-/Mobilfunkdatentarif hinzufügen)
- Tippe auf QR-Code verwenden
- Scanne oder wähle den gespeicherten QR-Code aus deinen Fotos
- Tippe zweimal auf Fortfahren
- Warte ein paar Minuten, bis deine eSIM aktiviert ist und tippe dann auf Fertig
- Wähle eine Bezeichnung für deine eSIM (z. B. „Airalo“)
- Auf der Seite „Standardleitungen“:
- Wähle deine Hauptleitung für Anrufe und SMS aus
- Wähle deine Hauptleitung für iMessage & FaceTime
- Wähle deine Airalo-eSIM für Mobilfunk
- Achte darauf, dass mobile Datenumschaltung erlauben auf AUS gestellt ist
*Falls deine eSIM neben Daten auch Anrufe und SMS unterstützt, kannst du sie für Anrufe und SMS auswählen.
So stellst du eine Verbindung zu mobilen Daten her
- Öffne Einstellungen > Mobilfunk (oder Einstellungen > Mobilfunkdaten)
- Tippe auf deinen eSIM-Tarif
- Aktiviere Diese Leitung einschalten, falls es nicht aktiviert ist
- Schalte Datenroaming EIN (falls erforderlich – überprüfe deine eSIM-Anweisungen in der Airalo-App)
- Geh zu Mobilfunk-/Mobilfunkdaten und wähle deine Airalo-eSIM als Datenleitung
- Deine eSIM sollte sich automatisch mit einem unterstützten Mobilfunknetz verbinden
