Wenn du den bereitgestellten QR-Code nicht scannen kannst, kannst du die eSIM installieren, indem du die eSIM-Installationsdaten manuell eingibst, wenn du ein Android-Gerät hast. For iOS devices, you can select the Direct method for installing the eSIM on the same device or the manual method. Wenn du es vorziehst, kannst du mit der manuellen Installation der eSIM fortfahren, indem du die folgenden Schritte ausführst:
Auf iOS:
- Go to the My eSIMs tab to find your Manual Installation details via the app or the website.
- Go to Settings on your device.
- Go to Cellular/Mobile.
- Add Cellular/Mobile Plan.
- Select Enter Details Manually. You will be asked to enter:
- SM-DP+ Address
- Activation Code
- Bestätigungscode (wenn verfügbar)
- Turn on your eSIM under Cellular/Mobile Plan.
- Select your eSIM for Cellular/Mobile data.
- Enable Data Roaming (Please turn off your primary line to avoid roaming charges from your carrier provider when overseas).
- Set up an APN (access point name) on your device if required. Wenn die APN-Einstellungen für deine eSIM erforderlich sind, kannst du die APN-Details in den eSIM-Installationsdetails finden.
Auf Android:
- Go to the My eSIMs tab to find your Manual Installation details via the app or the website.
- Go to Settings on your device.
- Tap on Network & Internet.
- Tap the Add icon next to Mobile Network.
- Tap Next when asked, “Don’t have a SIM card?”.
- Tap Enter Code Manually. You will be asked to enter the QR code information (SM-DP+ Address) available on the Manual installation tab on your eSIM installation page.
- Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network.
- Enable Mobile data.
- Enable Data Roaming (Please turn off your primary line to avoid roaming charges from your carrier provider when overseas).
- Set up an APN (access point name) on your device if required. Wenn die APN-Einstellungen für deine eSIM erforderlich sind, kannst du die APN-Details in den eSIM-Installationsdetails finden.
