- eine stabile Internetverbindung hat (vorzugsweise WLAN)
Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Öffnen Sie die Airalo App.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Wie kann ich eine eSIM manuell in iOS installieren?
- Öffnen Sie die Einstellungen
- Wählen Sie Mobilfunk (oder Mobile Daten)
- Wählen Sie eSIM hinzufügen (oder Mobilfunk-/Mobilfunkdatentarif hinzufügen)
- Wählen Sie QR-Code verwenden und dann „Details manuell eingeben“
- Geben Sie die SM-DP+ Adresse, den Aktivierungscode und den Bestätigungscode ein (falls vorhanden)
- Wählen Sie Weiter und wählen Sie dann zweimal Fortfahren
- Warten Sie ein paar Minuten, bis Ihre eSIM aktiviert ist und wählen Sie dann Fertig
- Wählen Sie eine Bezeichnung für Ihre eSIM (z. B. „Airalo“)
- Auf der Seite „Standardleitungen“:
- Wählen Sie Ihre Hauptleitung für Anrufe und SMS
- Wählen Sie Ihre Hauptleitung für iMessage & FaceTime
- Wählen Sie Ihre Airalo-eSIM für Mobilfunk
- Achten Sie darauf, dass mobile Datenumschaltung auf AUS gestellt ist
*Falls Ihre eSIM neben Daten auch Anrufe und SMS unterstützt, können Sie sie für Anrufe und SMS auswählen.
So verbinden Sie sich mit einem Netzwerk
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.
- Wählen Sie das Netzwerk der eSIM (siehe "Netzwerk") – es kann einen Moment dauern, bis es erscheint.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
