Si tienes algún problema para conectar tu eSIM de Airalo a internet con un dispositivo Google Pixel después de la instalación, asegúrate de haber completado los pasos para acceder a los datos de tu eSIM.

1. OPEN the Airalo app
2. TAP My eSIMs.
3. Locate the eSIM you want to use.
4. TAP View Details
5. Locate Ready to use your eSIM > Connect to a network

Antes de continuar con los pasos siguientes, confirma que la línea de la eSIM esté ACTIVADA y seleccionada para datos móviles.

1. VE a Ajustes.
2. GO to Network & internet.
3. PULSA en SIM.
4. ASEGÚRATE de que la eSIM esté habilitada. If not, toggle it ON.
5. TOGGLE ON Mobile data.
    

Note: Most eSIM validity periods start only when the eSIM connects to a mobile network in its coverage area. So installing early usually won’t cause you to lose days of your data plan. In some rare cases, validity may begin at installation, so it’s a good idea to check eSIM's validity policy by selecting Package details before or after purchase. 

Actualizar la configuración APN (si es necesario):

CHECK if you need to modify the APN on your device by opening the Airalo app and viewing your eSIM connection instructions.

1. VE a Ajustes.
2. GO to Network & internet.
3. PULSA en SIM.
4. SELECCIONA tu eSIM.
5. PULSA Nombres de punto de acceso.
6. TAP the + icon.
7. INGRESA el APN nuevo en el campo de APN.
8. TAP OK.
9. ENTER Airalo as the APN's label in the Name field.
10. DEJA los otros campos en blanco.
11. PULSA el menú de tres puntos en la esquina superior derecha.
12. PULSA Guardar.
13. ASEGÚRATE de seleccionar el APN que agregaste.

Activar el roaming de datos (si es necesario):

CHECK if you need to enable Data Roaming on your device by opening the Airalo app and viewing your eSIM connection instructions.

1. VE a Ajustes.
2. GO to Network & internet.
3. PULSA en SIM.
4. SELECCIONA tu eSIM.
5. TOGGLE Roaming ON or OFF.

Bonus Step: Connect to the Supported Network:

If your eSIM doesn't connect automatically:

1. VE a Ajustes.
2. GO to Network & internet.
3. PULSA en SIM.
4. SELECCIONA tu eSIM.
5. DISABLE Automatically select network.
6. SELECT the network specified in your eSIM’s Access Data information.
7. Turn on airplane mode, restart your device, then turn it off again and try to connect.

Después de seguir correctamente las instruccines anteriores, tu eSIM de Airalo deberá conectarse con éxito a internet.

Understanding your eSIM status: Installed vs. In Use

You can track your setup progress directly in the Airalo app by going to My eSIMs, selecting your eSIM, and tapping View details. Depending on your setup stage, you may see one of these statuses:

• Instalado: El perfil eSIM se ha descargado y configurado correctamente en tu dispositivo. 
• En uso: La eSIM se ha conectado correctamente a una red móvil y ha iniciado una sesión de datos.

Nota: En la mayoría de los casos, puedes ver estas actualizaciones de estado en la aplicación. However, please note that status visibility may vary depending on your specific eSIM

Si no ves un estado, no te preocupes; simplemente comprueba si tu eSIM aparece en la configuración de tu dispositivo . Si está ahí, dirígete a la sección "Cómo conectarse" en la aplicación / y sigue los pasos para conectarte en tu destino.
