Why did I receive an email about a new login to my account?

To keep Airalo accounts secure, we may notify you when we detect a new login to your account.

If you received an email about a new login, it’s possible you logged in to your account from a new location or from a new device.

When we detect a new login, we’ll send an email with the date, time, location, and device used for the login.

What should I do if I receive this email?

If you recognize the login, you don’t need to do anything at all.

If you don’t recognize the login, we recommend resetting your password to secure your account. When you reset your password, you’ll be logged out of your account on all devices.

What should I do if I detect other suspicious activity on my account?

If you detect other suspicious activity on your account, like unrecognized purchases, we recommend you reset your password immediately.

For unrecognized purchases with your account, contact our support team — you may need to provide additional details and information so we can best help you.

If you have any other questions or concerns, you can always reach out. We’re available 24/7 and always happy to help.
