eSIM을 설치한 후에는 왜 설치 지침을 찾을 수 없나요?
Airalo에서 eSIM 설치를 감지하면 더 이상 앱에서 eSIM 추가 지침이 표시되지 않을 수 있습니다. 대신 네트워크에 연결하고 eSIM을 사용할 수 있도록 "연결 방법" 섹션을 확인할 수 있습니다.
어떤 이유로든 설치 지침을 참고해야 하는 경우 주문 확인 이메일이나 eSIM 발송 이메일에 첨부된 설치 지침 PDF를 참조하세요.
Galaxy 디바이스에 eSIM을 어떻게 직접 설치하나요?
- Airalo 앱을 엽니다
- 내 eSIM으로 이동하여 해당 eSIM을 선택합니다
- 세부 정보 보기를 선택합니다
- Scroll down to find Ready to use your eSIM → Install your eSIM.
- Tap Install or share
- Tap Start installation
- Allow the eSIM to activate if asked. If additional steps appear on your screen, simply follow the instructions shown.
- eSIM이 활성화될 때까지 몇 분 정도 기다립니다

- Slide to Continue
- A pop-up may appear asking you to enable data roaming for your eSIM (if required). If it does, enable it and Slide to continue.
- 또 다른 팝업창이 뜨면서 목적지에 도착했는지 물어볼 것입니다.
- If you are in the destination country, tap Get Connected to check the steps to connect to your network.
- If you haven’t arrived yet, tap Connect Later.
Most eSIM validity periods start only when the eSIM connects to a mobile network in its coverage area, so installing early usually won’t cause you to lose days of your data plan. In some rare cases, validity may begin at installation, so it’s a good idea to check eSIM's validity policy by selecting Package details before or after purchase.
ESIM을 사용하여 Samsung Galaxy를 모바일 데이터에 연결하려면 어떻게 해야 하나요?
Airalo 앱을 설치한 후 해당 eSIM을 앱에서 열면 연결 설정을 찾을 수 있습니다. Navigate to My eSIMs → Select your eSIM → View details → Ready to use your eSIM → Connect to a network → How to connect. 자세한 절차는 해당 페이지에서 확인하실 수 있지만, 아래에서 간단한 요약을 읽어보세요.
목적지 국가에서:
- 설정 > 연결을 엽니다
- SIM 관리자를 탭합니다
- 모바일 데이터를 탭하고 eSIM을 선택합니다
- 필요한 경우 데이터 로밍을 활성화합니다(앱에서 eSIM 연결 지침을 확인하세요)
- 필요한 경우 APN 설정을 업데이트합니다(eSIM 연결 지침에서도 확인 가능)
- Select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts)
지원되는 모바일 네트워크에 자동으로 eSIM이 연결됩니다.
eSIM 상태 이해하기: 설치됨 vs. 사용 중
You can track your setup progress directly in the Airalo app by going to My eSIMs, selecting your eSIM, and tapping View details. Depending on your setup stage, you may see one of these statuses:
- Installed: The eSIM profile has been successfully downloaded and configured on your device.
- In Use: The eSIM has successfully connected to a mobile network and initiated a data session.
Note: In most cases, you can see these status updates in the app. However, please note that status visibility may vary depending on your specific eSIM
If you do not see a status, do not worry — simply check if your eSIM appears in your device’s Settings. If it is there, head over to the "How to connect" section in the app / and follow the steps to get connected at your destination.
