Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Buka aplikasi Airalo.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Cara untuk memasang eSIM secara manual pada iOS?
- Buka Seting
- Pilih Data Selular (atau Mudah Alih)
- Pilih Tambah eSIM (atau Tambah Pelan Data Selular/Mudah Alih)
- Pilih Gunakan Kod QR, kemudian Pilih Masukkan Butiran Secara Manual
- Masukkan Alamat SM-DP+, Kod Pengaktifan dan Kod Pengesahan (jika diberikan)
- Pilih Seterusnya, kemudian Pilih Teruskan dua kali
- Tunggu beberapa minit untuk eSIM anda diaktifkan, kemudian Pilih Selesai
- Pilih label untuk eSIM anda (cth., “Airalo”)
- Pada halaman Talian Lalai:
- Pilih talian Utama anda untuk panggilan dan SMS
- Pilih talian Utama anda untuk iMessage & FaceTime
- Pilih eSIM Airalo anda untuk Data Selular/Mudah Alih
- Pastikan Benarkan Penukaran Data Selular DIMATIKAN
*Jika eSIM anda menyokong panggilan dan teks di samping data, anda boleh memilihnya untuk panggilan dan SMS.
Cara untuk bersambung ke rangkaian
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.
- Pilih rangkaian eSIM (lihat “Rangkaian”) — ia mungkin mengambil masa seketika untuk muncul.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
