For iOS devices, you can select the Direct method for installing the eSIM on the same device or the manual method. Pada iOS:

1. Go to the My eSIMs tab to find your Manual Installation details via the app or the website.
2. Pergi ke Seting pada peranti anda.
3. Go to Cellular/Mobile.
4. Add Cellular/Mobile Plan.
5. Select Enter Details Manually. You will be asked to enter:

• Alamat SM-DP+
• Kod Pengaktifan
• Kod Pengesahan (jika tersedia)

6. Turn on your eSIM under Cellular/Mobile Plan.
7. Select your eSIM for Cellular/Mobile data.
8. Enable Data Roaming (Please turn off your primary line to avoid roaming charges from your carrier provider when overseas).
9. Set up an APN (access point name) on your device if required. Jika seting APN diperlukan untuk eSIM, anda boleh mencari butiran APN dalam butiran pemasangan eSIM.

Pada Android:

1. Go to the My eSIMs tab to find your Manual Installation details via the app or the website.
2. Pergi ke Seting pada peranti anda.
3. Tap on Network & Internet.
4. Tap the Add icon next to Mobile Network.
5. Tap Next when asked, “Don’t have a SIM card?”.
6. Tap Enter Code Manually. Anda akan diminta untuk memasukkan maklumat kod QR (Alamat SM-DP+) yang tersedia pada tab pemasangan Manual pada halaman pemasangan eSIM anda.
7. Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network.
8. Bolehkan Data mudah alih.
9. Enable Data Roaming (Please turn off your primary line to avoid roaming charges from your carrier provider when overseas).
10. Set up an APN (access point name) on your device if required. Jika seting APN diperlukan untuk eSIM, anda boleh mencari butiran APN dalam butiran pemasangan eSIM.
