Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Open the Airalo app.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To use the QR code, select View other options and scan the QR code from another device. You can also share the QR code.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Slik installerer du et eSIM via QR-kode på iOS
- Åpne Innstillinger på enheten
- Trykk på Mobil (eller Mobildata)
- Trykk på Legg til eSIM (eller Legg til mobildataabonnement)
- Trykk på Bruk QR-kode
- Skann eller velg QR-koden du har lagret under Bilder
- Trykk Fortsett to ganger
- Vent noen minutter til eSIM er aktivert, og trykk deretter på Ferdig
- Velg en etikett for eSIM (f.eks. «Airalo»)
- På sidene til standardlinjen:
- Velg primærlinje for anrop og SMS
- Velg primærlinje for iMessage og FaceTime
- Velg Airalo eSIM for mobildata
- Sørg for at Tillat bytting av mobildata er slått AV
*Hvis eSIM-kortet støtter samtaler og tekstmeldinger i tillegg til data, kan du velge å bruke det til samtaler og SMS.
Slik kobler du til mobildata
- Åpne Innstillinger > Mobil (eller Innstillinger > Mobildata)
- Trykk på eSIM-abonnement
- Aktiver Slå på denne linjen hvis den ikke er aktivert
- Slå PÅ dataroaming (hvis påkrevd, kontroller eSIM-veiledningen i Airalo-appen)
- Gå til Mobil/Mobildata og velg ditt Airalo eSIM som datalinje
- Ditt eSIM skal automatisk koble til et støttet mobilnettverk
