Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Otwórz aplikację Airalo.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Jak ręcznie zainstalować kartę eSIM na urządzeniu z systemem iOS?
- Otwórz menu Ustawienia.
- Wybierz opcję Sieć komórkowa (lub Dane komórkowe).
- Wybierz opcję Dodaj eSIM (lub Dodaj plan sieci komórkowej).
- Wybierz opcję Użyj kodu QR, a następnie Podaj szczegóły ręcznie.
- Wprowadź adres SM-DP+, kod aktywacji i kod potwierdzenia (jeśli jest dostępny).
- Wybierz opcję Dalej, a następnie dwa razy Kontynuuj.
- Zaczekaj kilka minut, aż karta eSIM się aktywuje, a następnie wybierz opcję Gotowe.
- Wybierz etykietę karty eSIM (np. „Airalo”).
- Na stronie linii domyślnych:
- wybierz linię główną do obsługi połączeń i wiadomości SMS;
- wybierz linię główną do obsługi wiadomości iMessage i połączeń FaceTime;
- wybierz kartę eSIM Airalo do obsługi danych komórkowych.
- Upewnij się, że opcja Zezwalaj na przełączanie danych komórkowych jest WYŁĄCZONA.
* Jeśli Twoja karta eSIM oprócz transferu danych obsługuje także rozmowy telefoniczne i wiadomości SMS, możesz wybrać ją do ich obsługi.
Połączenie z siecią
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.
- Wybierz sieć eSIM (patrz „Sieć”) — wyświetlenie może chwilę potrwać.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
