Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Abra o aplicativo Airalo.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Como instalar um eSIM manualmente no iOS?
- Abra Configurações
- Selecione Celular (ou Dados Móveis)
- Selecione Adicionar eSIM (ou Adicionar plano de dados celulares/móveis)
- Selecione Usar código QR e, em seguida, selecione Inserir Detalhes Manualmente
- Digite o endereço SM-DP+, o código de ativação e o código de confirmação (se fornecido)
- Selecione Seguinte e, em seguida, selecione Continuar duas vezes
- Aguarde alguns minutos até que o seu eSIM seja ativado e, em seguida, selecione Concluído
- Escolha um rótulo para o seu eSIM (por exemplo, “Airalo”)
- Nas páginas de linha padrão:
- Selecione sua Linha principal para chamadas e SMS
- Selecione sua Linha principal para iMessage e FaceTime
- Selecione seu eSIM Airalo para Dados celulares/móveis
- Verifique se Permitir comutação de dados celulares está DESLIGADO
*Se o seu eSIM aceita chamadas e textos além de dados, você pode selecioná-lo para chamadas e SMS.
Como conectar-se a uma rede
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.
- Selecione a rede do eSIM (confira "Rede"). Pode demorar um pouco para aparecer.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
