Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Otvorite aplikaciju Airalo.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To use the QR code, select View other options and scan the QR code from another device. You can also share the QR code.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Kako da instalirate eSIM preko QR koda na iOS
- Otvorite Settings na svom uređaju
- Dodirnite Cellular (ili Mobile Data)
- Dodirnite Add eSIM (ili Add Cellular/Mobile Data Plan)
- Dodirnite Koristi QR kôd
- Skenirajte ili izaberite sačuvan QR kôd iz vaših fotografija
- Dva puta dodirnite Continue
- Sačekajte par minuta da se vaš eSIM aktivira, a zatim dodirnite Done
- Izaberite oznaku za eSIM (npr. „Airalo“)
- Na stranici Default Line:
- Izaberite Primary line za pozive i SMS
- Izaberite Primary line za iMessage i FaceTime
- Izaberite svoj Airalo eSIM za Cellular/Mobile Data
- Uverite se da je Allow Cellular Data Switching prebačeno na OFF

- Otvorite Settings > Cellular (ili Settings > Mobile Data)
- Dodirnite svoj eSIM plan
- Omogućite Turn On This Line, ako nije omogućeno
- Prebacite Data Roaming na ON (ako je potrebno — pogledajte uputstva za vaš eSIM u Airalo aplikaciji)
- Idite na Cellular/Mobile Data i izaberite Airalo eSIM kao liniju za podatke
- Vaš eSIM bi trebalo da se automatski poveže na podržanu mobilnu mrežu
