Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Open the Airalo app.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
How to install an eSIM manually on iOS?
- Otvorite Podešavanja
- Izaberite Cellular (ili Mobile Data)
- Izaberite Add eSIM (ili Add Cellular/Mobile Data Plan)
- Izaberite Use QR Code, a zatim izaberite Enter Details Manually
- Unesite SM-DP+ adresu, kôd za aktivaciju i kôd za potvrdu (ako vam je dat)
- Izaberite Next, a zatim izaberite Continue dva puta
- Sačekajte par minuta da se vaš eSIM aktivira, a zatim izaberite Done
- Izaberite oznaku za eSIM (npr. „Airalo“)
- Na stranici Default Line:
- Izaberite Primary line za pozive i SMS
- Izaberite Primary line za iMessage i FaceTime

- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.
- Izaberite mrežu za eSIM (videti „Network”) — možda biti potrebno neko vreme da se pojavi.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
