Na iOS uređajima:

1. Go to the My eSIMs tab to find your Manual Installation details via the app or the website.
2. Idite na Podešavanja na svom uređaju.
3. Go to Cellular/Mobile.
4. Add Cellular/Mobile Plan.
5. Select Enter Details Manually. You will be asked to enter:

• SM-DP+ Adresa
• Kôd za aktivaciju
• Kôd za potvrdu (ako je dostupan)

6. Turn on your eSIM under Cellular/Mobile Plan.
7. Select your eSIM for Cellular/Mobile data.
8. Enable Data Roaming (Please turn off your primary line to avoid roaming charges from your carrier provider when overseas).
9. Set up an APN (access point name) on your device if required. Ako su potrebna APN podešavanja za vaš eSIM, možete naći APN podatke u informacijama instalacije eSIM-a.

Na Android uređajima:

1. Go to the My eSIMs tab to find your Manual Installation details via the app or the website.
2. Idite na Podešavanja na svom uređaju.
3. Tap on Network & Internet.
4. Tap the Add icon next to Mobile Network.
5. Tap Next when asked, “Don’t have a SIM card?”.
6. Tap Enter Code Manually. Biće vam zatraženo da unesete informaciju sa QR kôda (SM-DP+Adresa) koja se nalazi na jezičku Ručna instalacija na stranici instalacije eSIM-a.
7. Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network.
8. Omogućite Mobilne podatke.
