Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Open the Airalo app.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
How to install an eSIM manually on iOS?
- Öppna Inställningar
- Välj Mobilnät (eller mobildata)
- Välj Lägg till eSIM (eller Lägg till mobil-/mobildataplan)
- Välj Använd QR-kod och välj sedan Ange uppgifter manuellt
- Ange SM-DP+-adress, aktiveringskod och bekräftelsekod (om sådan finns)
- Välj Nästa och sedan Fortsätt två gånger
- Vänta några minuter tills ditt eSIM har aktiverats, välj sedan Klar
- Välj en etikett för ditt eSIM (t.ex. ”Airalo”)
- På Standardrad-sidorna:
- Välj din primära linje för samtal och SMS
- Välj din primära linje för iMessage och FaceTime
- Välj ditt Airalo eSIM för telefon-/mobildata
- Se till att Tillåt växling mellan mobilnät är AV
*Om ditt eSIM stöder samtal och SMS utöver data kan du välja det för samtal och SMS.
Så här ansluter du till ett nätverk
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.

- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
