Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Open the Airalo app.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To use the QR code, select View other options and scan the QR code from another device. You can also share the QR code.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Så installerar du ett eSIM via QR-kod på iOS
- Öppna Inställningar på din enhet
- Tryck på Mobilnät (eller Mobildata)
- Tryck på Lägg till eSIM (eller Lägg till mobil-/mobildataplan)
- Tryck på Använd QR-kod
- Skanna eller välj den sparade QR-koden från dina foton
- Tryck på Fortsätt två gånger
- Vänta några minuter tills ditt eSIM har aktiverats och tryck sedan på Klar
- Välj en etikett för ditt eSIM (t.ex. ”Airalo”)
- På Standardrad-sidorna:
- Välj din primära linje församtal och SMS
- Välj din primära linje för iMessage och FaceTime
- Välj ditt Airalo eSIM för telefon/mobildata
- Se till att Tillåt växling av mobildata är AV
*Om ditt eSIM stöder samtal och SMS utöver data kan du välja det för samtal och SMS.
Så här ansluter du till mobildata
- Öppna Inställningar > Mobilnät (eller Inställningar > Mobildata)
- Tryck på din eSIM-plan
- Växla till Aktivera/avaktivera den här linjen om den inte är aktiverad
- Växla Dataroaming PÅ (om det behövs – kontrollera instruktionerna för ditt eSIM i Airalo-appen)
- Gå till Mobil/mobildata och välj ditt Airalo eSIM som datalinje
- Ditt eSIM bör automatiskt ansluta till ett mobilnät som stöds
