Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Відкрийте застосунок Airalo.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Як установити eSIM на iOS уручну?
- Відкрийте «Параметри».
- Натисніть «Стільник» (або «Стільникові дані»).
- Виберіть «Додати eSIM» (або «Додати стільниковий план»).
- Виберіть «Використати QR-код», а потім — «Ввести деталі вручну».
- Введіть адресу SM-DP+, код активації та код підтвердження (за наявності).
- Виберіть «Далі», потім двічі натисніть «Продовжити».
- Зачекайте кілька хвилин, доки eSIM активується, потім виберіть «Готово».
- Виберіть мітку для eSIM (як-от Airalo).
- У розділі «Типовий номер»:
- Виберіть головний номер для дзвінків і SMS.
- Виберіть головний номер для iMessage та FaceTime.
- Виберіть eSIM від Airalo для стільникових даних.

*Якщо ваша eSIM підтримує дзвінки й SMS окрім передавання даних, ви можете обрати її для дзвінків та SMS.
Як під’єднатися до мережі
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.
- Виберіть мережу eSIM (див. «Мережа») — список мереж може з’явитися не відразу.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
