Якщо ви не можете зісканувати наданий QR-код і у вас пристрій Android, установіть картку eSIM, увівши деталі встановлення eSIM вручну. For iOS devices, you can select the Direct method for installing the eSIM on the same device or the manual method. Щоб установити картки eSIM вручну, виконайте наступні дії.

Для iOS:

1. Go to the My eSIMs tab to find your Manual Installation details via the app or the website.
2. Перейдіть до розділу «Налаштування» на пристрої.
3. Go to Cellular/Mobile.
4. Add Cellular/Mobile Plan.
5. Select Enter Details Manually. You will be asked to enter:

• адреса SM-DP+;
• код активації;
• код підтвердження (за наявності).

6. Turn on your eSIM under Cellular/Mobile Plan.
7. Select your eSIM for Cellular/Mobile data.
8. Enable Data Roaming (Please turn off your primary line to avoid roaming charges from your carrier provider when overseas).
9. Set up an APN (access point name) on your device if required. Якщо для картки eSIM треба налаштувати APN, ознайомтеся з відповідними інструкціями на сторінці встановлення eSIM.

Для Android:

1. Go to the My eSIMs tab to find your Manual Installation details via the app or the website.
2. Перейдіть до розділу «Налаштування» на пристрої.
3. Tap on Network & Internet.
4. Tap the Add icon next to Mobile Network.
5. Tap Next when asked, “Don’t have a SIM card?”.
6. Tap Enter Code Manually. Вам буде запропоновано ввести дані QR-коду (адреса SM-DP+), зазначені на сторінці встановлення eSIM на вкладці налаштування вручну.
7. Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network.
8. Увімкніть «Мобільні дані».
9. Enable Data Roaming (Please turn off your primary line to avoid roaming charges from your carrier provider when overseas).
10. Set up an APN (access point name) on your device if required. Якщо для картки eSIM треба налаштувати APN, ознайомтеся з відповідними інструкціями на сторінці встановлення eSIM.
