Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- 打开 Airalo 应用。
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To use the QR code, select View other options and scan the QR code from another device. You can also share the QR code.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
如何在 iOS 上通过二维码安装 eSIM
- 在您的设备上打开设置
- 点按蜂窝网络（或移动数据）
- 点按添加 eSIM（或添加蜂窝网络套餐/移动数据套餐）
- 点按使用二维码
- 扫描或从您的照片中选择已保存的二维码
- 点按两次继续
- 等待几分钟，直到 eSIM 激活，然后点按完成
- 为您的 eSIM 选择一个标签（例如“Airalo”）
- 在默认号码页面上：
- 选择用于通话和短信的主号
- 选择用于 iMessage 和 FaceTime 的主号
- 选择用于蜂窝网络/移动数据的 Airalo eSIM
- 确保允许切换蜂窝数据已关闭
*如果您的 eSIM 除了数据之外还支持通话和短信，您可以选择它来拨打电话和发送短信。
如何连接到移动数据
- 打开设置 > 蜂窝网络（或设置 > 移动数据）
- 点按您的 eSIM 套餐

- 前往蜂窝网络/移动数据并选择作为数据号码的 Airalo eSIM
