How to check if your iOS device supports eSIM?

Before installing, make sure that your device:

  1. Log in to your Airalo account
  2. Go to My eSIMs
  3. Select the eSIM you want to install
  4. Tap View details
  5. Open the installation instructions. Depending on your app version, you may see:
    View Installation Instructions, or
How to use your eSIM > How to install the eSIM
  6. Tap QR Code and save or share the code (you may need another device or a printout to scan it later)

How to connect to mobile data

  1. Open Settings > Cellular (or Settings > Mobile Data)
  2. Tap your eSIM plan
  3. Toggle Turn On This Line if it’s not enabled
  4. Toggle Data Roaming ON (if required — check your eSIM instructions in the Airalo app)
  5. Go to Cellular/Mobile Data and select your Airalo eSIM as the data line
