Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Ouvrez l’application Airalo.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To install directly, select Start installation and follow the prompts to install your eSIM.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.

Comment installer mon eSIM directement sur mon appareil Galaxy ?
- Ouvrez l'application Airalo
- Accédez à Mes eSIM et sélectionnez votre eSIM
- Sélectionnez Afficher les détails
- Sélectionnez Comment installer votre eSIM (ou Voir les instructions d'installation)
- Appuyez sur Installation directe
- Appuyez sur Installer l'eSIM
- Appuyez sur Autoriser
- Attendez quelques minutes pour que votre eSIM s'active
- Follow any additional steps shown to finish setting up your eSIM.
Après l'installation, vous recevrez une confirmation indiquant que l'eSIM a été installée avec succès.
Où puis-je trouver les instructions de connexion dans l'application Airalo ?

- My eSIMs > your eSIM > View Details > Ready to use your eSIM? > Connect to a network > How to connect

Comment puis-je connecter mon appareil Samsung Galaxy aux données mobiles avec une eSIM ?
- Ouvrez Paramètres > Connexions
- Appuyez sur Gestionnaire de carte SIM
- Appuyez sur Données mobiles et sélectionnez votre eSIM
- Activez l'itinérance des données si nécessaire (consultez les instructions de connexion de votre eSIM dans l'application)
- Actualisez vos paramètres APN si nécessaire (également disponibles dans les instructions de connectivité de votre eSIM)
Votre eSIM devrait se connecter automatiquement à un réseau mobile pris en charge.
