קיימות שתי דרכים ליצירת חשבון Airalo: באתר ובאפליקציית Airalo.

באתר Airalo:

1. עוברים לAiralo.
2. לוחצים על כניסה/הרשמה שבפינה הימנית העליונה.
3. כדי להירשם באמצעות Facebook, Google או Apple ID, לוחצים על הסמל של Apple, Facebook או Google שבתחתית העמוד. כדי להירשם באמצעות הדוא"ל, מזינים את הפרטים שלכם בטופס ולוחצים על הרשמה.
4. The activation Code will be sent to your email. 
5. Enter the Activation Code and select Continue.

באפליקציית Airalo: 

1. Open the Airalo app.
2. Tap on Profile in the bottom menu.
3. Tap on Log in/Sign up.
4. To sign up with Facebook or Google or Apple ID, click on Apple, Facebook, or Google icons at the bottom. To sign up by Email, enter your details in the form and click on the Sign-up.
