Before installing, make sure that your device:

Is carrier-unlocked

How to prepare before installing an eSIM?

Select View Details

- View Installation Instructions, or

Select Manual and copy the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code (and Confirmation Code if available)

How to install an eSIM manually on iOS?

Open Settings
Select Cellular (or Mobile Data)
Select Add eSIM (or Add Cellular/Mobile Data Plan)
Select Use QR Code, then Select Enter Details Manually
Enter the SM-DP+ Address, Activation Code, and Confirmation Code (if provided)
Select Next, then Select Continue twice
Wait a few minutes for your eSIM to activate, then Select Done
Choose a label for your eSIM (e.g., “Airalo”)

- Select your Primary line for calls and SMS
- Select your Primary line for iMessage & FaceTime
- Select your Airalo eSIM for Cellular/Mobile Data
Make sure Allow Cellular Data Switching is turned OFF

How to connect to mobile data?

Open Settings > Cellular (or Settings > Mobile Data)
Select your eSIM plan
Toggle Turn On This Line if it’s not enabled

Go to Cellular/Mobile Data and select your Airalo eSIM as the data line
Your eSIM should automatically connect to a supported mobile network.
