Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Otvorite aplikaciju Airalo.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Kako ručno instalirati eSIM na iOS?
- Otvorite Postavke
- Odaberite Prijenosni (ili Mobilni podaci)
- Odaberite Dodaj eSIM (ili Dodaj Prijenosni/Mobilni podatkovni plan)
- Odaberite Koristi QR kod, zatim odaberite Unesi podatke ručno
- Unesite SM-DP+ adresu, aktivacijski kod i kod potvrde (ako je dostavljen)
- Odaberite Sljedeće, zatim dvaput odaberite Nastavi
- Pričekajte aktivaciju eSIM-a nekoliko minuta, zatim odaberite Gotovo
- Odaberite oznaku za svoj eSIM (npr. „Airalo“)
- Na stranicama Zadane linije:
- Odaberite svoju primarnu liniju za pozive i SMS
- Odaberite svoju primarnu liniju za iMessage i FaceTime
- Odaberite svoj Airalo eSIM za Prijenosne/mobilne podatke
- Provjerite je li Prebacivanje na prijenosne podatke ISKLJUČENO

Upute za povezivanje s mrežom
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.
- Odaberite mrežu eSIM-a (pogledajte „Mreža“) - može proći neko vrijeme dok se ne pojavi.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
