1. Go to the My eSIMs tab to find your Manual Installation details via the app or the website.

4. Add Cellular/Mobile Plan.
5. Select Enter Details Manually. You will be asked to enter:

• Alamat SM-DP+
• Kode Aktivasi
• Kode Konfirmasi (jika tersedia)

6. Turn on your eSIM under Cellular/Mobile Plan.
7. Select your eSIM for Cellular/Mobile data.
8. Enable Data Roaming (Please turn off your primary line to avoid roaming charges from your carrier provider when overseas).
9. Set up an APN (access point name) on your device if required. Jika pengaturan APN diperlukan untuk eSIM, Anda dapat menemukan detail APN di detail pemasangan eSIM.

Di Android:

1. Go to the My eSIMs tab to find your Manual Installation details via the app or the website.
2. Buka Pengaturan di peranti Anda.
3. Tap on Network & Internet.
4. Tap the Add icon next to Mobile Network.
5. Tap Next when asked, “Don’t have a SIM card?”.
6. Tap Enter Code Manually. Anda akan diminta untuk memasukkan informasi kode QR (Alamat SM-DP+) yang tersedia pada tab pemasangan Manual di halaman pemasangan eSIM Anda.
7. Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network.
8. Aktifkan Data seluler.
9. Enable Data Roaming (Please turn off your primary line to avoid roaming charges from your carrier provider when overseas).
10. Set up an APN (access point name) on your device if required. Jika pengaturan APN diperlukan untuk eSIM, Anda dapat menemukan detail APN di detail pemasangan eSIM.
