Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Open the Airalo app.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
How to install an eSIM manually on iOS?
- Open Settings
- 「モバイル通信」（または「モバイルデータ通信」）を選択する
- 「eSIMを追加」（または「モバイルデータ通信プランを追加」）を選択する
- 「QRコードを使用」を選択し、「詳細情報を手動で入力」を選ぶ
- SM-DP+ アドレス、アクティベーションコード、確認コード（提供された場合）を入力する
- 「次へ」を選択し、「続ける」を2回選ぶ
- eSIMがアクティベートされるまで数分待ち、「完了」を選択する
- eSIMのラベル（「エラロ」など）を選択する
- デフォルト回線ページ：
- 通話とSMSの主回線を選択する
- iMessageとFaceTimeの主回線を選択する
- モバイルデータ通信にエラロのeSIMを選択する
- 「モバイルデータ通信の切り替えを許可」がオフになっていることを確認する
* eSIMがデータ通信以外に通話やSMSにも対応している場合は、通話とSMS向けに選択することもできます。
ネットワークへの接続方法
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.
- eSIMのネットワーク（「ネットワーク」を参照）を選択します。表示されるまで時間がかかる場合があります。
- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
