Prieš diegdami eSIM įsitikinkite, kad jūsų įrenginys:

- Jame nenustatyti operatoriaus apribojimai
- Yra prijungtas prie stabilaus interneto ryšio (pageidautina Wi-FI)
Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Atverkite Airalo programėlę.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Kaip iOS įrenginyje įdiegti eSIM rankiniu būdu?
- Atidarykite Nustatymai.
- Pasirinkite Mobilusis ryšys.
- Pasirinkite Įtraukti eSIM (arba Pridėti mobiliojo ryšio planą).
- Pasirinkite Naudoti QR kodą, tada pasirinkite „Įveskite informaciją neautomatiškai“.
- Įveskite SM-DP+ adresą, aktyvavimo kodą ir patvirtinimo kodą (jei suteiktas).
- Pasirinkite Toliau, tada dukart bakstelėkite Tęsti.
- Kelias minutes palaukite, kol eSIM aktyvuosis, tada bakstelėkite Atlikta.
- Priskirkite savo eSIM žymę (pvz., „Airalo“).
- Numatytosios linijos puslapyje:
- Pasirinkite Pagrindinė skambučiams ir SMS žinutėms.
- Pasirinkite Pagrindinė iMessage ir FaceTime.
- Pasirinkite Airalo eSIM mobiliojo ryšio duomenų naudojimui.
- Būtinai išjunkite parinktį Leisti perjungti mobiliojo ryšio duomenis.
* Jei įsigijote eSIM ne tik duomenų naudojimui, bet ir skambučiams bei SMS žinutėms, galite ją pasirinkti skambučiams ir SMS žinutėms.
Kaip prisijungti prie tinklo
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.
- Pasirinkite eSIM tinklą (žr. „Tinklas“) – gali šiek tiek užtrukti, kol jis bus parodytas.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
