Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Abra o aplicativo Airalo.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To install directly, select Start installation and follow the prompts to install your eSIM.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.

Como instalo meu eSIM diretamente no meu dispositivo Galaxy?
- Abra o aplicativo Airalo
- Vá para Meus eSIMs e selecione seu eSIM
- Selecione Visualizar detalhes
- Selecione Como instalar seu eSIM (ou Ver instruções de instalação)
- Toque em Direto
- Toque em Instalar eSIM
- Toque em Permitir
- Aguarde alguns minutos até que o seu eSIM seja ativado
- Follow any additional steps shown to finish setting up your eSIM.
Após a instalação, você verá uma confirmação de que o eSIM foi instalado com sucesso.

Como conecto meu Samsung Galaxy a dados móveis com um eSIM?
- Abrir Configurações > Conexões
- Toque em Gerenciador de SIM
- Toque em Dados móveis e selecione seu eSIM
- Ative o roaming de dados, se necessário (verifique as instruções de conectividade do eSIM no aplicativo)
- Atualize suas Configurações de APN se necessário (também encontrado nas suas instruções de conectividade de eSIM)
