Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Abra a aplicação da Airalo.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Como instalar um eSIM manualmente no iOS?
- Abra as Definições
- Selecione Rede móvel (ou Dados móveis)
- Selecione Adicionar eSIM (ou Adicionar plano móvel)
- Selecione Usar código QR e, em seguida, selecione Digitar detalhes manualmente
- Introduza o endereço SM-DP+, código de ativação e código de confirmação (se fornecidos)
- Selecione Seguinte e, em seguida, selecione Continuar duas vezes
- Aguarde alguns minutos até o seu eSIM ser ativado e, em seguida, selecione OK
- Escolha uma etiqueta para o seu eSIM (por exemplo, "Airalo")
- Na página do número predefinido:
- Selecione o seu número principal para chamadas e SMS
- Selecione o seu número principal para iMessage e FaceTime
- Selecione o seu eSIM Airalo para Dados móveis
- Certifique-se de que a opção Permitir troca automática está DESATIVADA
*Se o seu eSIM suportar chamadas e mensagens além de dados, pode selecioná-lo para chamadas e SMS.
Como ligar-se a uma rede
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.
- Selecione a rede do eSIM (ver "Rede"). Pode demorar um pouco a aparecer.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
