Antes de instalar, certifique-se de que o seu dispositivo:

- Está desbloqueado para qualquer operadora
- Tem uma ligação estável à Internet (de preferência Wi-Fi)
Como se preparar antes de instalar um eSIM?
- Inicie sessão na sua conta Airalo
- Aceda a Os meus eSIMs
- Selecione o eSIM que pretende instalar
- Select Install or share
- Select Start installation
You can also select View details for your eSIM to access the installation instructions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
Como instalar um eSIM diretamente no iOS
- Select Start installation > Continue until the activation starts — allow the eSIM to activate, if asked.
- Aguarde enquanto o eSIM é ativado (não saia do processo — pode demorar alguns minutos).
- Select Done, when prompted — next, you’ll set up your eSIM.
*Se o seu eSIM suportar chamadas e mensagens além de dados, pode selecioná-lo para chamadas e SMS.
Após concluir estes passos, verá uma confirmação de que o seu eSIM foi instalado com sucesso.
Como ligar-se a uma rede
- Aceda a Definições > Rede móvel e selecione o seu novo eSIM.
- Ative a opção Ativar este plano.
- Aceda a Definições > Rede móvel > Dados móveis e selecione o novo eSIM se não estiver selecionado.
- Desative a opção Permitir troca automática.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Aceda a Definições > Rede móvel e selecione o seu novo eSIM.
- Selecione Seleção de rede e desative Automática.
- Selecione a rede do eSIM (ver "Rede"). Pode demorar um pouco a aparecer.
- Aceda a Definições > Rede móvel e selecione o seu novo eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Ative e desative o Modo de avião.
