Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Öppna Airalo-appen.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To install directly, select Start installation and follow the prompts to install your eSIM.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.

Hur installerar jag eSIM direkt på min Galaxy-enhet?
- Öppna Airalo-appen
- Gå till Mina eSIM och välj ditt eSIM
- Välj Visa detaljer
- Välj Så här installerar du ditt eSIM (eller Visa installationsanvisningar)
- Tryck på Direkt
- Tryck på Installera eSIM
- Tryck på Tillåt
- Vänta några minuter tills ditt eSIM aktiveras
- Follow any additional steps shown to finish setting up your eSIM.
Efter installationen visas en bekräftelse på att eSIM har installerats.

Hur ansluter jag min Samsung Galaxy till mobildata med eSIM?
- Öppna Inställningar > Anslutningar
- Tryck på SIM-hanteraren
- Tryck på Mobildata och välj ditt eSIM
- Aktivera Dataroaming vid behov (kontrollera instruktionerna för anslutning av ditt eSIM i appen)
- Uppdatera dina APN-inställningar vid behov (finns även i instruktionerna för anslutning av ditt eSIM)
Ditt eSIM bör automatiskt ansluta till ett mobilnät som stöds.
