Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- 開啟 Airalo 應用程式。
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
安裝 eSIM 之前需要做哪些準備？

- 選擇要安裝的 eSIM

- 確認 eSIM 顯示於行動方案（或行動數據方案）下方

- 開啟設定 > 行動（或設定 > 行動數據）
- 點選新安裝的 eSIM 方案
- 設為「開啟此號碼」並啟用「數據漫遊」
- 在同一頁面上，點選「行動網路（或行動數據網路）」，然後視需要輸入 APN（您可以在 Airalo 應用程式內的 eSIM 說明中找到 APN 詳細資料）
- 返回設定 > 行動（或行動數據）
- 選擇行動（或行動數據）的 eSIM
- 將「允許行動數據切換」設為關閉，以避免因其他號碼產生費用
- 在 eSIM 設定中，選擇支援的網路
安裝完成後會如何
安裝並連線後，您的 eSIM 應馬上顯示於裝置的行動方案（或行動數據方案）下方，並自動連至支援的行動網路
