Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Open the Airalo app.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To use the QR code, select View other options and scan the QR code from another device. You can also share the QR code.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
如何在 iOS 上透過行動條碼安裝 eSIM
- 開啟裝置上的設定
- 點選「行動」（或「行動數據」）
- 點選「加入 eSIM」（或「加入行動數據方案」）
- 點選「使用行動條碼」
- 掃描或從您的相片中選擇已儲存的行動條碼
- 點選「繼續」兩次
- 等待幾分鐘，讓 eSIM 完成啟用，然後點選「完成」
- 選擇 eSIM 的標籤（例如「Airalo」）
- 在「預設號碼」頁面上：
- 選擇通話和簡訊的主要號碼
- 選擇要用於 iMessage 和 FaceTime 的主要號碼
- 選擇行動數據的 Airalo eSIM
- 確認「允許行動數據切換」已關閉
*如果您的 eSIM 除了行動數據之外還支援通話和簡訊，您也可以選擇它來通話和傳送簡訊。

- 前往行動數據，然後選擇 Airalo eSIM 作為數據漫遊號碼
- 您的 eSIM 應會自動連上支援的行動網路
