How do I install an Airalo eSIM directly on my Samsung Galaxy device?

Not all Samsung Galaxy devices are eSIM-compatible. Before installing, make sure that your device:

• Supports eSIMs
• Is carrier-unlocked
• Has a stable internet connection

Where can I find my direct installation instructions in the Airalo app?

You can find them in one of these places:

• My eSIMs > your eSIM > View Details > How to use your eSIM > How to install the eSIM > Direct
• OR My eSIMs > your eSIM > View Details > View Installation Instructions > Direct

How do I install my eSIM directly on my Galaxy device?

1. Open the Airalo app
2. Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM
3. Select View Details
4. Select How to install your eSIM (or View Installation Instructions)
5. Tap Direct
6. Tap Install eSIM
7. Tap Allow
8. Wait a few minutes for your eSIM to activate

After installation, you’ll see a confirmation that the eSIM has been successfully installed.

Where can I find my connection instructions in the Airalo app?

How do I connect my Samsung Galaxy to mobile data with an eSIM?

1. Open Settings > Connections
2. Tap SIM manager
3. Tap Mobile data and select your eSIM
4. Enable Data roaming if needed (check your eSIM connectivity  instructions in the app)
5. Update your APN settings if needed (also found in your eSIM connectivity instructions)

Your eSIM should automatically connect to a supported mobile network.
