Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Բացեք Airalo հավելվածը։
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.

- Բացեք Կարգավորումներ
- Ընտրեք Բջջային ինտերնետ (կամ Շարժական ինտերնետ)
- Ընտրեք Ավելացնել eSIM (կամ Ավելացնել Բջջային/Շարժական ինտերնետի պլան)
- Ընտրեք Օգտագործել QR կոդը, այնուհետև ընտրեք «Մուտքագրել տվյալները ձեռքով»
- Մուտքագրեք SM-DP+ հասցեն, ակտիվացման կոդը և հաստատման կոդը (եթե առկա է)
- Ընտրեք Հաջորդը, այնուհետև երկու անգամ սեղմեք Շարունակել
- Սպասեք մի քանի րոպե, մինչև ձեր eSIM-ը ակտիվանա, այնուհետև ընտրեք Կատարված է
- Ընտրեք անվանում ձեր eSIM-ի համար (օրինակ՝ «Airalo»)
- Կանխադրված համարի էջերում․

*Եթե ձեր eSIM-ը ինտերնետից բացի աջակցում է նաև զանգեր և տեքստային հաղորդագրություններ, ապա կարող եք այն ընտրել զանգերի և SMS-ների համար։
Ինչպես միանալ ցանցին
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.

- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
