Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Airaloアプリを開きます。
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To install directly, select Start installation and follow the prompts to install your eSIM.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.

Galaxy端末にeSIMを直接インストールするには？
- エラロアプリを開く
- 「My eSIM」に移動し、ご利用のeSIMを選択する
- 「詳細を表示」を選択する
- 「eSIMのインストール方法」（または「インストール手順を表示」）を選択する
- 「ダイレクト」をタップする
- 「eSIMをインストール」をタップする
- 「許可」をタップする
- eSIMがアクティベートされるまで数分待つ
- Follow any additional steps shown to finish setting up your eSIM.
インストールが完了すると、eSIMが正常にインストールされたことを示す確認画面が表示されます。
エラロアプリで接続手順を確認するには？
以下のいずれかの場所で確認できます。
- My eSIMs > your eSIM > View Details > Ready to use your eSIM? > Connect to a network > How to connect
- または「My eSIM」> ご利用のeSIM >「詳細を表示」>「インストール手順を表示」>「ページ2/2」
eSIMを使ってSamsung Galaxyでモバイルデータ通信に接続するには？
- 「設定」>「接続」を開く
- 「SIMマネージャー」をタップする
- 「モバイルデータ」をタップし、ご利用のeSIMを選択する
- 必要に応じて「データローミング」を有効にする（アプリでeSIMの接続手順をご確認ください）
- 必要に応じてAPN設定を更新する（こちらもeSIMの接続手順で確認できます）
eSIMが対応するモバイルネットワークに自動的に接続される
