Kde môžem v aplikácii Airalo nájsť pokyny k inštalácii eSIM?
Všetky pokyny na inštaláciu eSIM nájdete podľa nasledujúceho postupu.
- Otvorte aplikáciu Airalo.
- Prejdite do časti Moje eSIM a vyberte svoju eSIM.
- Ťuknite na Zobraziť detaily
- Prejdite do sekcieSte pripravení používať svoju eSIM kartu?
- Vyberte Inštalovať alebo zdieľať.

Prečo po nainštalovaní eSIM nemôžem nájsť pokyny na inštaláciu?
Keď Airalo zistí, že je vaša eSIM nainštalovaná, pokyny na jej pridanie sa v aplikácii už nemusia zobrazovať – namiesto toho sa zobrazí sekcia „Ako sa pripojiť“, aby ste sa mohli pripojiť k sieti a používať svoju eSIM.
Ak z akéhokoľvek dôvodu potrebujete nahliadnuť do pokynov na inštaláciu, môžete si ich pozrieť vo formáte PDF s pokynmi na inštaláciu, ktorý je priložený k potvrdeniu objednávky alebo k e-mailu s doručenou e-SIM.
Ako nainštalujem moju eSIM priamo na zariadení Galaxy?
- Otvorte aplikáciu Airalo
- Prejdite do časti Moje eSIM a vyberte svoju eSIM
- Vyberte položku Zobraziť detaily
- Scroll down to find Ready to use your eSIM → Install your eSIM.
- Tap Install or share
- Tap Start installation
- Allow the eSIM to activate if asked. If additional steps appear on your screen, simply follow the instructions shown.
- Počkajte pár minút, kým sa vaša eSIM aktivuje
- Po dokončení týchto krokov sa zobrazí potvrdenie, že eSIM je úspešne nainštalovaná.
- Slide to Continue
- A pop-up may appear asking you to enable data roaming for your eSIM (if required). If it does, enable it and Slide to continue.
- V ďalšom kontextovom okne sa zobrazí otázka, či ste už v cieli.
- If you are in the destination country, tap Get Connected to check the steps to connect to your network.
- If you haven’t arrived yet, tap Connect Later.
Most eSIM validity periods start only when the eSIM connects to a mobile network in its coverage area, so installing early usually won’t cause you to lose days of your data plan. In some rare cases, validity may begin at installation, so it’s a good idea to check eSIM's validity policy by selecting Package details before or after purchase.
Ako pripojím moje zariadenie Samsung Galaxy k mobilným dátam pomocou eSIM?
Nastavenia pripojenia nájdete otvorením tej istej eSIM karty v aplikácii Airalo po jej nainštalovaní. Navigate to My eSIMs → Select your eSIM → View details → Ready to use your eSIM → Connect to a network → How to connect. Nájdete tam presné kroky, ktoré musíte dodržať, ale pre stručné zhrnutie si prečítajte ďalej.
V cieľovej krajine:
- Otvorte Nastavenia > Pripojenia
- Ťuknite na Správca SIM
- Ťuknite na Mobilné dáta a vyberte svoju eSIM
- V prípade potreby povoľte Dátový roaming (pozrite si v aplikácii pokyny na pripojenie eSIM)
- V prípade potreby aktualizujte svoje nastavenia APN (nájdete ich aj v pokynoch na pripojenie eSIM)
- Select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts)
Vaša eSIM by sa mala automaticky pripojiť k podporovanej mobilnej sieti.
Pochopenie stavu vašej eSIM karty: Nainštalovaná vs. používaná
You can track your setup progress directly in the Airalo app by going to My eSIMs, selecting your eSIM, and tapping View details. Depending on your setup stage, you may see one of these statuses:
- Installed: The eSIM profile has been successfully downloaded and configured on your device.
- In Use: The eSIM has successfully connected to a mobile network and initiated a data session.
Note: In most cases, you can see these status updates in the app. However, please note that status visibility may vary depending on your specific eSIM
If you do not see a status, do not worry — simply check if your eSIM appears in your device’s Settings. If it is there, head over to the "How to connect" section in the app / and follow the steps to get connected at your destination.
