Als je de meegeleverde QR-code niet kunt scannen, kun je de eSIM installeren door de eSIM-installatiegegevens handmatig in te voeren als je een Android-apparaat hebt. For iOS devices, you can select the Direct method for installing the eSIM on the same device or the manual method. Indien gewenst kun je doorgaan met het handmatig installeren van de eSIM door de onderstaande stappen te volgen:
Op iOS:
- Go to the My eSIMs tab to find your Manual Installation details via the app or the website.
- Ga naar Instellingen op je apparaat.
- Go to Cellular/Mobile.
- Add Cellular/Mobile Plan.
- Select Enter Details Manually. You will be asked to enter:
- SM-DP+-adres
- Activatiecode
- Bevestigingscode (indien beschikbaar)
- Turn on your eSIM under Cellular/Mobile Plan.
- Select your eSIM for Cellular/Mobile data.
- Enable Data Roaming (Please turn off your primary line to avoid roaming charges from your carrier provider when overseas).
- Set up an APN (access point name) on your device if required. Als de APN-instellingen nodig zijn voor je eSIM, kun je de APN-gegevens vinden in de eSIM-installatiegegevens.
Op Android:
- Go to the My eSIMs tab to find your Manual Installation details via the app or the website.
- Ga naar Instellingen op je apparaat.
- Tap on Network & Internet.
- Tap the Add icon next to Mobile Network.
- Tap Next when asked, “Don’t have a SIM card?”.
- Tap Enter Code Manually. Je wordt gevraagd om de QR-code-informatie (SM-DP+-adres) in te voeren die beschikbaar is op het tabblad Handmatige installatie op je eSIM-installatiepagina.
- Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network.
- Schakel Mobiele data in.
- Enable Data Roaming (Please turn off your primary line to avoid roaming charges from your carrier provider when overseas).
