Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- برنامه Airalo را باز کنید
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
چگونه eSIM را بهصورت دستی روی iOS نصب کنیم؟
- تنظیمات را باز کنید
- گزینه سلولار (یا داده موبایل) را انتخاب کنید
- گزینه افزودن eSIM (یا افزودن طرح سلولار/داده موبایل) را انتخاب کنید
- گزینه استفاده از کد QR را انتخاب کنید، سپس گزینه وارد کردن جزئیات بهصورت دستی را انتخاب کنید
- نشانی SM-DP+، کد فعالسازی و کد تأیید را وارد کنید (در صورت ارائه شدن)
- گزینه بعدی را انتخاب کنید، سپس ادامه را دو بار انتخاب کنید
- چند دقیقه صبر کنید تا eSIM شما فعال شود، سپس گزینه انجام شد را انتخاب کنید
- یک برچسب برای eSIM خود انتخاب کنید (مثلاً “Airalo”)
- در صفحات خط پیشفرض:
- خط اصلی خود را برای تماسها و پیامکها انتخاب کنید
- خط اصلی خود را برای iMessage و FaceTime انتخاب کنید
- eSIM خود از Airalo را برای دادهٔ سلولی/موبایل انتخاب کنید
- اطمینان حاصل کنید که اجازهٔ تغییر دادهٔ سلولی خاموش باشد
*اگر eSIM شما علاوه بر داده، از تماس و پیامک نیز پشتیبانی میکند، میتوانید آن را برای تماسها و پیامکها انتخاب کنید.
روش اتصال به شبکه
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.

- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
