Bago i-install, siguraduhin ang device mo ay:
- Sinusuportahan ang mga eSIM (tingnan ang Anong mga device ang sumusuporta sa eSIM? o Paano ko malalaman kung sinusuportahan ng iOS device ko ang eSIM?).
- Carrier-unlocked
- May stable na koneksyon sa internet (maganda kung Wi-Fi)
Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Open the Airalo app.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To view the manual instructions, select View other options then View instructions under Manual instrutions.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.
How to install an eSIM manually on iOS?
- Buksan ang Mga Setting
- Piliin ang Cellular (o Mobile Data)
- Piliin ang Magdagdag ng eSIM (o Magdagdag ng Cellular/Mobile Data Plan)
- Piliin ang Gamitin ang QR Code, pagkatapos ay Piliin ang Ilagay ang Mga Detalye nang Manual
- Ilagay ang SM-DP+ Address, Activation Code, at Confirmation Code (kung ibinigay)
- Piliin ang Susunod, pagkatapos ay Piliin ng Magpatuloy nang dalawang beses
- Maghintay nang ilang minuto para ma-activate ang iyong eSIM, pagkatapos ay piliin ang Tapos na
- Pumili ng label para sa iyong eSIM (hal., “Airalo”)

*Kung sinusuportahan ng eSIM mo ang mga pagtawag at text maliban pa sa data, puwede mong piliin iyon para sa mga pagtawag at SMS.
Paano kumonekta sa isang network
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Enable Turn On This Line.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > and select your new eSIM, if not selected.
- Disable Allow Cellular Data Switching.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Default Voice Line and select your new eSIM for calls and SMS (if your package includes calls and texts).
- Go to Settings > Cellular and select your new eSIM.
- Select Network Selection and disable Automatic.
- Piliin ang network ng eSIM (tingnan ang “Network”) — posibleng tumagal ito bago makita.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > and select your new eSIM.
- Select Cellular Data Network and enter the APN into all the APN fields for your new eSIM (if required).
- Enable Data Roaming for your new eSIM (if required).
- Turn Airplane Mode on and off.
