Why haven’t I received my eSIM or top-up yet?

In most cases, eSIMs and top-ups are available in your account instantly. Occasionally, they may take more time to be delivered.

If delayed, you’ll see a message in the app that explains your eSIM is on the way — you can refresh the app to check the status of the delivery.

When can I expect my eSIM or top-up to be delivered?

Even if delayed, your eSIM will generally be delivered in a few minutes. In rare cases, it may take up to an hour.

Do I need to do anything if my eSIM delivery is delayed?

No, you don’t need to do anything — your eSIM will appear in My eSIMs when it’s available. We’ll also send an email to let you know when it’s been delivered.

If your eSIM is not delivered within 70 minutes after purchase, we’ll automatically refund your order — you’ll receive an email confirming your order was refunded.

What should I do if my eSIM was not delivered?

If your order is not delivered, we recommend you try purchasing another eSIM for the same location in a few hours.
