Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Open de Airalo-app.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To install directly, select Start installation and follow the prompts to install your eSIM.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.

Hoe installeer ik mijn eSIM direct op mijn Galaxy-apparaat?
- Open de Airalo-app
- Ga naar Mijn eSIM's en selecteer je eSIM
- Selecteer Gegevens bekijken
- Selecteer Je eSIM installeren (of Installatie-instructies bekijken)
- Tik op Direct
- Tik op eSIM installeren
- Tik op Toestaan
- Wacht een paar minuten totdat je eSIM geactiveerd is
- Follow any additional steps shown to finish setting up your eSIM.
Na het installeren, zie je een bevestiging dat de eSIM geïnstalleerd is.
Waar vind ik de instructies om verbinding te maken in de Airalo-app?
Je vindt ze op één van de volgende plaatsen:
- My eSIMs > your eSIM > View Details > Ready to use your eSIM? > Connect to a network > How to connect
- OF Mijn eSIM's > jouw eSIM > Gegevens bekijken > Installatie-instructies bekijken > Pagina 2/2
Hoe koppel ik mijn Samsung Galaxy aan mobiele data met een eSIM?
- Open Instellingen > Verbindingen
- Tik op Simkaartbeheer
- Tik op Mobiele data en selecteer je eSIM
- Schakel indien nodig Dataroaming in (controleer de instructies om verbinding te maken met je eSIM in de app)
- Werk indien nodig je APN-instellingen bij (je vindt die ook in de instructies om verbinding te maken met je eSIM)
Je eSIM zou automatisch verbinding moeten maken met een ondersteund mobiel netwerk.
