Where can I find the eSIM installation instructions in the Airalo app?
You can find all the instructions to install your eSIM by doing the following.
- Open the Airalo app.
- Go to My eSIMs and select your eSIM.
- Go to the section "Ready to use your eSIM?"
- Select Install or share.
To install directly, select Start installation and follow the prompts to install your eSIM.
Why can't I find the installation instructions after I install my eSIM?
When Airalo detects your eSIM is installed, the instructions to add the eSIM may no longer be visible in the app — you will see the "How to connect" section instead so you can connect to a network and use your eSIM.
If you need to reference the installation instructions for any reason, you can reference the installation instructions PDF attached to your order confirmation or eSIM delivered email.

- Piliin ang Paano i-install ang iyong eSIM (o Tingnan ang Mga Tagubilin sa Pag-install)
- I-tap ang Direkta
- I-tap ang I-install ang eSIM
- I-tap ang Pahintulutan
- Maghintay nang ilang minuto para ma-activate ang eSIM mo
- Follow any additional steps shown to finish setting up your eSIM.
After installation, you’ll see a confirmation that the eSIM has been successfully installed.

How do I connect my Samsung Galaxy to mobile data with an eSIM?
- Buksan ang Mga Setting > Mga Koneksyon
- I-tap ang SIM manager
- I-tap ang Mobile data at piliin ang iyong eSIM
- I-enable ang Data roaming kung kailangan (tingnan ang iyong mga tagubilin sa connectivity ng eSIM sa app)
